Getting my {spin} on

Last night was the first night of a three-month training program that I signed up for at Revoluationary Velo Watts in Clifton Park.  Last night we did a warm up and then a threshold test.  I’m confident that I will improve but I was reminded again last night that my biking needs some help!

But on the upswing I didn’t puke! That’s gotta be good for something! Check out the pics of us working hard.
