How Far Can You Go?

Good question for a Monday.  I don’t know about the rest of you but I had what I consider to be an off week last week.  Lots of workouts cut short and or skipped all together.  I’m hoping to be a bit more together this week.  I don’t know why I’m having such a hard time following a plan.  It’s ridiculous really.  Or maybe just a lack of discipline.  With three races on the horizon, it’s time to get serious.  And did I mention that the horizon is no longer so far off in the distance?

Time to get out the gu!
